<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to release a double shield when an ink cartridge for which double shielding is schemed against outflow of ink from an ink supply port is connected to a holder side of a printer.SOLUTION: There is provided an ink supply device 10A in which when a plug 30A supported on a holder (21) of a printer (1) and a socket 50 provided on a tip side of an ink cartridge (40) are connected to each other, an insertion shaft 31f, which is formed at a central portion on a tip side of a plug body 31 of the plug 30A, is pressed into an ink supply port 51e formed at a central portion on a tip side of a socket body 51 of the socket 50 so as to break through an ink seal member 52, which is adhered to inner surface of the ink supply port 51e, by the insertion shaft 31f, and an inside plug 53, which is so pivotally supported as to be movable forward and rearward in the socket body 51, is moved rearwards against an energization force of a compression spring 55, to thereby supply ink IK in the socket body 51 into the plug 30A through the ink supply port 51e.</p> |
