<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film having a gas barrier performance superior to that of conventional ones while suppressing deterioration of the gas barrier performance due to improvement of transparency.SOLUTION: A gas barrier film 1 includes: a plastic film 10 being a substrate; and a gas barrier layer 11 formed on the plastic film 10. By using both a vacuum deposition method and activation to a vapor deposition particle made of a vapor deposition material used in the vacuum deposition method by a high density plasma generated using means of generating a high density plasma when forming the gas barrier layer 11 on the plastic film 10, the difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of water vapor transmittance is 2 g/mday or less, at light transmittance within a range of 80-100%.</p> |
