<p>The device consists of a main body (1 ) with stepped cylindrical shape, a part of which is placed in a stepped sleeve (2). A thread is made at the upper cylindrical part of the main body (1), which is used to fix it to the actuator assembly of the closing machine. There are gripping pins (4) along the external surface of the stepped sleeve (2) placed uniformly and in parallel to the central axis of the main body (1), which are used for gripping and centring the caps (9). Gripping pins (4) are set to the foot of the guiding stepped sleeve (2) by means of an elastic ring (7) and a stop ring (5), fastened to the base of the stepped sleeve (2). Around the stepped sleeve (2) a cylindrical spring is placed (6). Inside the guiding stepped sleeve (2), an orientating washer (3) is stationarily fixed to the main body (1) with its lower surface tapered at an angle equal to the angle of inclination of the cover of the container to be closed in the process of cap centring and capping (9).</p> |
