The present invention relates to a method for promoting pregnancy by using endometrium-derived methenchymal stem cells (EnMSCs), and more specifically, to a method for promoting the proliferation of the endometrium and improving the implantation rate, the pregnancy rate, and the litter size by putting a composition, which contains EnMSCs as an active ingredient, into the uterus. According to the present invention, the EnMSCs have an excellent effect compared with other tissue-derived stem cells as well as promotes the proliferation of endometrial tissues and improves the embryo implantation rate, the pregnancy rate, and the litter production rate, and thus the EnMSCs are useful in fields of biology and infertility treatment. |
