The present invention relates to a three-roll type roll bending device. The roll bending device comprises: a plate-shaped base having a drive motor on one side thereof; a driving sprocket fixated on a motor shaft of the drive motor; a pair of first and second fixated plates which are fixated on the base; a first and a second bending roll rotatably supported on the first and second fixed plates; a first and a second sprocket fixated respectively on one end of a first and a second roll shaft; a first and a second power sprocket provided on the first and second roll shafts; a lifting plate where lifting up and down can be controlled; a third bending roll off where one end is rotatably supported on the lifting plate, and the other end is rotatably supported on the fixated plate; a third sprocket fixated to one end of a third roll shaft of the third bending roll; a drive chain connecting the first and second power sprockets by orbits; a first and a second tensioner provided on both sides of the third sprocket; a vertical chain connecting the first and second tensioners by orbits; and a cover covered in order for the lifting plate, the first and second tensioners, the drive chain, the vertical chain, and the first and second sprockets to be embedded therein. |
