The present invention provides a manufacturing method of port skin powder which is used as food additives or raw materials for cosmetics such as mask packs, by grinding pork skin with a large amount of collagen into a fine powder type. To this end, the manufacturing method of pork skin powder according to the present invention comprises the steps of: boiling the hair-off pork skin in water to remove fat; drying the pork skin from which fat is removed; primarily grinding the dried pork skin into pork skin powder; mixing the ground pork skin powder with water; and secondarily grinding the pork skin power mixed with water. |
