The present invention relates to an ultrasonic wave welding device to connect a cell lead and a busbar of a secondary battery comprising: a horn having a shock absorbing unit; an anvil disposed adjacent to the horn, supporting the cell lead and the busbar to weld the cell lead and the busbar with respect to the horn; and an ultrasonic actuator to vibrate the horn in accordance to a control signal from a computer, wherein when the cell lead and the busbar are welded between the horn and the anvil, shocks from vibration are absorbed by the shock absorbing unit. Accordingly, when a cell lead and the busbar are welded together, a crack around the welded area can be prevented; thus improving welding quality by absorbing shocks from vibration. |
