PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of a conversion candidate registration in a character string containing a delimiter.SOLUTION: An electric device 10 includes a memory 13 and a processor 11. The memory 13 stores a conversion candidate which is a conversion character candidate for an input character. The processor 11 associates a plurality of words divided by a predetermined delimiter with a series of words having a correlation to each other, and registers the associated series of words and the delimiter which divides the series of words integrally in the conversion candidate.
