<p>[Problem] To provide a posture balance detection meter that is very lightweight, has a simple structure, and is easy to carry, and with which a basic movement can be practiced at any time as long as the meter is being carried and the narrow space necessary for the movement of the user him/herself can be ensured. [Solution] The posture balance detection meter has one edge of a thin card-shaped plate as a mouthpiece. In front thereof at a position in front of the eyes, an embedded gas bubble tube, which extends along the front edge and the surface of which can be seen through so that tilting to the left and right can be detected, is provided. The embedded gas bubble tube is configured by sealing a liquid and a gas for the gas bubble in a band-shaped inner space formed within the thickness of the thin card-shaped plate. [Effect] Use of the meter is simple and becomes the simple basic action of moving the body while verifying the position of the gas bubble, adjusting the head to be vertical and level, and, keeping the body in a straight line, using said line as the center axis. Therefore, practice to develop core strength is possible any time regardless of location as long as the meter is being carried and the space necessary for the movement of the user him/herself can be ensured. Production is also simple and the meter is suitable for mass production.</p> |
