The present invention relates to a battery pack which includes a flat battery cell which includes an electrode having a sealing residue part, and has a structure for installing a hook type PCM case in a sealing residue part. The electrode terminal of the battery cell comprises a flat conducive member. The PCM includes a PCB, a safety element which is electric connected between the PCB and an electrode of the battery cell and is mounted on the PCB, an external I/O terminal which is electrically connected to the protection circuit of the PCB, and an electric insulating module case which is mounted on the safety element and the PCB while the external I/O terminal is extended to the outside. The electrodes of battery cell of PCM are electrically connected to each other and mounded on the sealing residue part of the battery cell while being accommodated in the module case. The module case includes a PCB receiving part of which a side is open and at least one PCB fixing part which has a hook structure. |
