<p>The present invention relates to battery pack control and, more specifically, to a device and a method for controlling a battery pack mode of an electric bicycle, capable of efficiently using the battery pack mode. The device for controlling a battery pack mode (100) including a battery management system (110) and a battery cell module (120) comprises: a wake-up detecting circuit (114) to detect wake-up of the battery management system (110); a voltage measuring circuit (115) to measure a voltage of the battery cell module (120); a current measuring circuit (116) to measure a current of the battery cell module (120); and a control unit (111) to receive data detected or measured by the wake-up detecting circuit (114), the voltage measuring circuit (115), and the current measuring circuit (116) to be controlled in one of an active mode, a sleep mode, and a shut-down mode of the battery management system (110).</p> |
