<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and useful caspase 14 expression inducer and to provide an external preparation for skin containing the caspase 14 expression inducer.SOLUTION: The invention provides a caspase 14 expression inducer containing a phenylethylamine derivative or synephrine as an active ingredient, further an external preparation for skin containing the caspase 14 expression inducer, moreover a moisturizing agent and a humectant which has an action for inducing caspase 14 expression containing the phenylethylamine derivative or synephrine, and which shows an effect to continuously maintain moisture of the skin. Further, synephrine is 4-[1-hydroxy-2-(methylamino)-ethyl] phenol.</p> |
