<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomic particle detection assembly which comprises an atomic particle detector and a signal readout circuit for discharge prevention of a signal processing circuit that processes signals from the atomic particle detector.SOLUTION: An atomic particle detection assembly comprises: at least one detector 30 that detects atomic particles; a first housing 44 for attaching and sealing a first manifold 62 of the detector 30; and a sealing device 90 sealing the first manifold 62 with respect to the first housing 44 along a sealing axis 92.
