PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fall delay time of a current flowing in a transistor pair.SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device with a differential amplifier circuit 10A which includes a transistor pair M1, M2 and power supplies M3, M4 for keeping the sum of currents respectively flowing in the transistor pair to be constant, the power supplies include a common transistor M3 connected to the transistor pair in common; and another transistor M4 series connected to the common transistor. A gate of the another transistor is connected to a control terminal VCa for performing cut-off control on a current flowing in the common transistor. The common transistor is arranged in vicinity of the transistor pair and the another transistor is arranged in vicinity of the control terminal.
