<p>A demand forecast value computation processing unit of a demand forecast device, which derives a future demand forecast value for a load on the basis of time series data indicating the past used power quantity of the load, comprises: a performance data computation unit which derives performance data from the time series data, said performance data being a used power quantity which is consumed from a start time of a demand time limit to the present time; a forecast data computation unit which, on the basis of a fluctuation trend of the time series data, computes forecast data which is a forecast used power quantity which is consumed in the time remaining from the present time to an end time of the demand time limit; and a computation processing unit which computes a demand forecast value on the basis of the performance data and the forecast data. The forecast data computation unit changes the fluctuation trend depending on the remaining time.</p> |
