PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane resin composition having excellent flame retardance.SOLUTION: There is provided the urethane resin composition containing a polyisocyanate compound, a polyol compound, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, and an additive. The polyol compound has a weight average molecular weight in the range of 1000 to 20000. The additive contains red phosphorous as an essential component and, in addition to the red phosphorous, contains in combination at least one selected from a group consisting of a phosphate ester, a phosphate-containing flame retardant, a bromine-containing flame retardant, and a metal hydroxide. |
