PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging device for improving th estimation accuracy of a magnetic susceptibility image and reducing an artifact in quantitative magnetic susceptibility mapping.SOLUTION: A magnetic susceptibility image is calculated by using a weighted image reflecting a phase variation with high accuracy. The weighted image is calculated from a phase image obtained from a complex image acquired by an MRI. First, an area to be used to calculate a phase variation is set as a calculation area in S1401, and a standard variation or dispersion of a pixel value in the calculation area of the phase image is determined as a phase variation in S1403. Then, the phase variation is converted into weight for performing a broad monotonic decrease of an increase in the phase variation to acquire a weighted image in 1404. |
