PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting system and a component mounting method for reasonably selecting a component mounting line to which a new substrate type is allocated in interruption production in the component mounting system with a plurality of component mounting lines.SOLUTION: In component mounting for manufacturing mounting substrates of substrate types allocated to a plurality of component mounting lines, substrate data of a new substrate type to be newly allocated to any of the plurality of component mounting lines is compared with substrate data of the existing substrate types which are already allocated, stage replacement workloads to be required for switching production substrate types of the component mounting lines are calculated for every component mounting line, production tact time to be predicted for production of the new substrate type is calculated for every component mounting line, an operator refers to the stage replacement workloads and the production tact time displayed on a screen, and determines the component mounting line to which the new substrate type is allocated in interruption production out of a production plan. |
