PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-adsorptive sealant film formed from a molten mixed resin of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and maleic anhydride modified polyolefin, a laminate using the sealant film, a packaging container using the same and a manufacturing method of the sealant film.SOLUTION: There is provided a sealant film formed from 82 to 90 wt.% of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and 10 to 18 wt.% of maleic anhydride modified polyolefin and having an aspect ratio of a maleic anhydride modified polyolefin particle distributed by forming an island structure in the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer which forms a sea structure in a range of 2.0 to 9.5.
