PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for establishing a bidirectional communication channel between a system user and a spatial object.SOLUTION: A method for establishing a bidirectional communication channel comprises the steps of: editing feedback in a shape of a command statement that relate to an application or service associated with a spatial object or a characteristic object; pointing at such the spatial object or the characteristic object in order to identify the object of interest; executing the command statement on a system server; and attaching feedback information to representation of the object or the characteristic object in a database of the system server.
