<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending apparatus capable of easily bending a long metal material having a semi-hollow cross-sectional shape.SOLUTION: There is provided a bending apparatus including: a core device to be inserted into a long metal material having a semi-hollow cross-sectional shape, from an opening of the metal material; and a press member arranged outside of the metal material while facing the core device through the metal material. The core device includes: paired upper and lower cores which can be opened/closed freely; and a center core to be inserted between the upper and lower cores, the center core being able to be inserted from a side face opening of the metal material in a state that the paired upper and lower cores are closed. After the arrangement of the upper and lower cores inside of the metal material, the center core is inserted between the upper and lower cores to restrict the inside of the metal material. Then, while relatively pressing the metal material from the outside by the press member, bending process is performed.</p> |
