PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate heat for defrosting and defogging of a fuel cell vehicle.SOLUTION: A fuel cell vehicle includes: a fuel cell; a fuel-cell cooling circuit that cools the fuel cell; a water circuit for heating used to heat a vehicle cabin of the fuel cell vehicle; a valve that controls supply of cooling water from the fuel-cell cooling circuit to the water circuit for heating; a defroster that defrosts windows of the fuel cell vehicle using heat of the cooling water in the water circuit for heating; and a control unit that controls the fuel cell vehicle to operate. The control unit executes a first control to control the defroster to execute defrosting by reducing power generation efficiency of the fuel cell as compared with a case of no defrosting request to generate heat from the fuel cell, and by opening the valve to move the heat from the fuel-cell cooling circuit to the cooling water in the water circuit for heating if a defrosting request is received, and executes a second control higher than the first control in the power generation efficiency of the fuel cell if no defrosting request is received. |
