<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of times of tap switching while keeping appropriate voltage.SOLUTION: A control device for controlling voltage of a power distribution system comprising voltage adjustment means for increasing or decreasing voltage by switching a tap. The control device includes: a deviation amount calculation unit for calculating a deviation amount of node voltage from a predetermined voltage range in each node of the power distribution system; a storage unit for storing node voltage in each node and a deviation amount in each node; a determination unit for determining whether or not an index value, which is calculated on the basis of the current deviation amount in each node calculated by the deviation amount calculation unit and a past deviation amount in each node stored in the storage unit, exceeds a predetermined threshold; and a command value output unit for calculating a command value for the voltage adjustment means and outputting the calculated command value, when the index value exceeds the predetermined threshold.</p> |
