PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous member capable of efficiently utilizing a luminous material.SOLUTION: A luminous member 1 includes: a lens part 20 including a plurality of unit lenses 21 disposed on a first surface 11 of a sheet-like sheet part 10; and a luminous pattern layer 30 disposed so as to face a second surface 12 of the sheet part 10. The luminous pattern layer 30 includes a luminous element 31 disposed in an area 30a including a location facing a crown 22 of each unit lens 21.
