<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate holder which is used for holding a plurality of/different kinds of cover glasses for electronic equipment, can prevent the positional shift of a holding member easily and surely, and can improve the work efficiency.SOLUTION: A glass substrate holder 200 includes: a pair of side plates 210a, 210b which have long holes 212 respectively at the positions opposed to each other; a holding member 220 which is disposed so as to hang over between the pair of side plates, can be displaced along the long hole and is used for holding a glass substrate (a glass sheet 102); and a connection member 230 which is connected to the holding member through the long hole to fix the holding member to the side plate; and further a displacement regulation part 240 which is disposed at a connection place of the holding member to the connection member and is contacted with a part of the side plate to regulate the displacement of the holding member when the connection member is connected to the holding member to fix the holding member.</p> |
