<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release polyester film which functions as a carrier of an adhesive subjected to a heating process or which is to be laminated upon crystallization of an ITO film, and which has a high ability of sealing an oligomer and high inspection property for foreign substances.SOLUTION: The release polyester film is a polyester film including: A-layers 12, 12' obtained by applying a coating liquid comprising a quaternary ammonium salt group-containing polymer, a polyethylene glycol-containing acrylate polymer, and a crosslinking agent, on either surface of a laminate polyester film 11, 11' containing core-shell particles having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 3.0μm in a surface layer; and a B-layer 13 having a thickness of 10 to 100 nm formed by applying a coating agent comprising at least one type of an organosiloxane compound on one of the A-layers. The release polyester film further has a release layer 14 on the B-layer.</p> |
