PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element substrate having a long wiring length, a recording head and a recording device, which can suppress occurrence of electromagnetic noise when driving recording elements, prevent a malfunction, and achieve a high quality image recording.SOLUTION: In an element substrate of the invention, a plurality of unit element-substrates each including a plurality of recording elements are arranged in an arraying direction of the recording elements, and in each of the unit-element substrates are arranged wiring wires that supply driving power supply for driving the plurality of recording elements from outside and ground wiring wires from the plurality of recording elements, where each unit-element substrate is configured so as to have: a delay circuit that supplies, in a delayed manner, a heat enable signal for driving the plurality of recording elements to each recording element; and a switching circuit that switches a delay sequence for supplying the heat enable signal to each recording element according to a control signal from the outside. |
