PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic reinforcement steel plate capable of solving a problem that a crack may be generated in a boundary area between a beam part and pillar part to be reinforced and a separated reinforcing member.SOLUTION: The aseismic reinforcement steel plate includes: a pair of fixing parts 4, 4 which are disposed on an outer part of existing pillar parts P, Pa; a pair of fixing parts 5, 5 which are disposed on existing beam parts B, Ba; and at least one opening 3(, 3 ...). The opening 3 (, 3 ...) is smaller than an area enclosed by the pillar fixing parts 4, 4 and the beam fixing parts 5, 5. The part other than the opening 3 (, 3 ...) in the area is the reinforcement part 6 (, 6 ...). The pillar fixing parts 4, 4 and the beam fixing parts 5, 5 include plural anchor holes 7, 7a ..., 8, 8a ... which are formed allowing anchors 20, 20a ... to be inserted. After inserting the anchors 20, 20a ... into the anchor holes 7, 7a ..., 8, 8a ... to position an aseismic reinforcement steel plate 1 separated away from outer surface parts Sb, Sp, and concrete is place and settled thereon including a concrete frame enclosing the aseismic reinforcement steel plate 1.
