PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for calculating an index expressing tendency between dialoguers other than sympathy interpretation.SOLUTION: In a dialogue tendency scoring device, an individual bias about a certain person is considered as an index expressing that the person tends to become any of at least two kinds of states expressing sympathy, antipathy, or neutral. An individual clearness about a certain person is considered as an index expressing degree of a concentration tendency of sympathy interpretation of the person. An individual person selectivity about a certain person is considered as an index expressing degree of a concentration tendency of the person to have sympathy or antipathy. An individual activity about a certain person is considered as an index expressing degree of tendency of the person to be in sympathy or antipathy. An individual person index calculation unit calculates at least two indexes of the individual bias, the individual clearness, the individual person selectivity, and the individual activity about a certain person, respectively. An individual classification unit classifies the person into a predetermined type based on the at least two indexes about the calculated person. |
