PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make data transmission be efficient.SOLUTION: A first transmission device notifies a second transmission device of the number of valid first lanes of a plurality of first lanes included by a first physical port and identification information on the first physical port including the valid first lanes. The second transmission device acquires the number of valid second lanes of a plurality of second lanes included by a second physical port and identification information on the second physical port including the valid second lanes; and associates the identification information on the first physical port with the identification information on the second physical port on the basis of the number of valid first lanes notified of from the first transmission device and the identification information on the first physical port. When data including identification information on any first physical port is transmitted from the first transmission device, the second transmission device performs transmission from a second physical port identified by identification information corresponding to the identification information on the first physical port included in the data. |
