PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic sensor and electronic apparatus capable of being downsized.SOLUTION: A spectroscopic sensor device includes: a light source part 110 for irradiating an observation object with irradiation light; and a detection unit for detecting the irradiation light coming from the light source part 110 via the observation object. The detection unit includes: a photosensor unit 31 having an impurity region; and an angle restriction filter 41 for restricting the incident angle of the irradiation light arriving at the photosensor unit 31. The angle restriction filter 41 includes a plurality of laminated bodies disposed at a pitch set in response to a restriction angle of the incident angle with respect to the height from the impurity region to the incident end of the irradiation light.
