PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber laser light source device capable of emitting laser light of high output.SOLUTION: A fiber laser light source device comprises: a semiconductor laser element; a cooling member cooling the semiconductor laser element; a coupling optical system collecting light emitted from the semiconductor laser element; and a fiber laser member receiving on one end surface the light collected by the coupling optical system as excitation light, and emitting laser light having a wavelength region different from that of the excitation light from the other end surface. In the fiber laser member, at least a peripheral surface of an incident side end part of the excitation light from the semiconductor laser element is coated with a sleeve formed of metal. The sleeve is thermally connected with the cooling member.
