<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update the measurement data of a main input signal each time the measurement data is obtained.SOLUTION: A measurement system includes: a measurement processing module that performs measurement by sequentially switching an input signal including a main input signal and sub-input signal, and stores measurement data in a memory; and an arithmetic processing module that sends a measurement data acquisition request to the measurement processing module at a predetermined interval and obtains measurement data stored in the memory. The measurement processing module performs measurement according to an acquisition pattern in which a measurement order is determined so as to measure the sub-input signal after the main input signal; and, when receiving the measurement data acquisition request, suspends measurement according to the acquisition pattern, returns to the beginning of the acquisition pattern, and resumes the measurement.</p> |
