<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable restriction type hydrostatic bearing not requiring any excessive thin diaphragm plate thickness, but capable of easily realizing a desired restriction characteristic by a method for holding the diaphragm showing a low flexible rigidity of the diaphragm.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a variable restriction type hydrostatic bearing comprising a diaphragm 33 of which plane crossing at a right angle with its thickness direction rightly faces against a protrusion part 31b in a prescribed clearance and the protrusion part 31b is provided with a flow passage 31c communicated with a hydrostatic pocket 2a and a restriction amount is adjusted in reference to a degree of opening of the clearance between the diaphragm 33 and the protrusion part 31b. A plane of the outer circumferential part of the diaphragm 33 rightly facing against the protrusion part 31b is line contacted to a crossing corner part. A rear surface of a plane rightly facing against the protrusion part 31b is pushed by a disc spring 34 at a prescribed force toward a direction of a holding part. A contact part where the disc spring 34 contacts with the diaphragm 33 corresponds to a position opposing against the crossing corner part while holding the diaphragm 33.</p> |
