<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material winding device and a base material winding method that can prevent a base material wound around the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical member from wrinkling with simple constitution and by a method in which the base material withstands a heat treatment in a post-process, and thereby can reduce machining costs.SOLUTION: A base material winding device includes: a grip part 32 for gripping at least one edge part of a base material to be wound around the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical member; engagement means (for example, a fixing tool 30) for engaging the other edge part of the base material to be wound around the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member with the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member; and an elastic body 34 fitted to the grip part 32. The grip part 32 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member or the engagement means through the elastic body 34, and the base material gripped by the grip part 32 is tensed by the elastic body 34 in a peripheral direction of the cylindrical member.</p> |
