<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally place a moving apparatus with casters on a floor surface in a secured state and move the moving apparatus slightly without executing a release operation of the secured state.SOLUTION: When a person pushes a medical apparatus 10 as a moving apparatus slightly in the direction of an arrow Y1a by prescribed force, a pendulum part 21 of a securing device 20 swings in the direction of an arrow Y2a, inverse to the pushing direction in accordance with the inertial law. A stopper 22b of a leg part 22 is lifted from a floor surface 40 by the swing as shown by an arrow Y3, and then, the medical apparatus 10 slightly moves in a short time while the pendulum 21 is swung in the direction of the arrow Y2b, inverse to the previous direction, and comes into contact with the floor surface 40.</p> |
