The present invention relates to an infrared heating cooker for heat-cooking food by means of infrared rays and, more particularly, to an infrared heating cooker which can be used for a pot dish using a pot, a grilled meat dish, and an oven dish. The infrared heating cooker, according to the present invention, comprises: a cooker (110) having an infrared heat source body (113) on the upper surface of the main body thereof, and an overflow prevention groove (114) disposed in the form of a groove around the infrared heat source body (113); a grill plate support (120) having a through hole (121) through which the infrared heat source body (113) of the cooker (110) is inserted, and a grease collecting groove (122), which is inserted into the overflow prevention groove (114) of the cooker (110), and which is formed around the perimeter of the through hole (121), so as to be placed on the upper surface of the cooker (110); a grill plate (130) having grill plate holes (131) formed radially on the outer peripheral side thereof, and being placed on the upper surface of the grill plate support (120) so as to be positioned at a predetermined distance away from the infrared heat source (113) of the cooker (110); and a cover (140) for covering the grill plate (130) so as to tightly cover the food ingredient which is placed on the grill plate (130). |
