<p>Disclosed is a modified sand formed by mixing sand or sandy soil with a cohesive and adhesive solution formed by dissolving a water-soluble solid organic matter in water; after water evaporates, the water-soluble solid organic matter within adheres to sand grains or sandy soil particles, and dissolves into water again to form a cohesive and adhesive solution so as to adhere sand grains or sandy soil particles. The present invention converts sand or sandy soil into soil, fundamentally changes the relation between sand particles or sandy soil particles, and forms a particle porous structure having a binding force (cohesion force). During the application, matters are resistant to erosion due to the cohesive and adhesive characteristics thereof, and sand or sandy soil gain stability and capabilities of water and nutrient storage, like soil, and provide concrete conditions for vegetation growth. The invention is an ideal measure for treating deserts, and the modified sand or modified sandy soil can also be used as measures on resources such as beach or sandy lands for vegetation planting.</p> |
