The present invention relates to a coating apparatus which coats a supporter with a coating solution by using gravity difference, wherein an entry/exit hole is formed in a coating member to allow the movement of the coating solution, thus the solution is coated on the supporter whiling moving through the entry/exit hole. The supporter to be coated is fixed, and the coating solution is injected slowly from the bottom of the coating member by gravity. After the predetermined coating time, the height of a storage member which contains the coating solution is maintained lower than the height of the coating member, thus the coating solution returns to the storage member by gravity. An injection rate of the coating solution is adjusted by using the height differences between the storage member and the coating member. |
