<p>The present invention relates to a composition of a culture medium for culturing algae which contains a calcium carbonate source, a magnesium source, or both the calcium carbonate source and magnesium source. According to the present invention, when culturing algae, the composition of the culture medium prevents acidity of culture fluid from gradually dropping to maintain pH of the culture fluid to be neutral or weak alkaline, continuously supplies calcium and magnesium mineral to the culture medium, and uses generated carbon dioxide as a carbon source of algae and hydrogen gas generated during water-splitting as an energy source, thereby further increasing the multiplication rate of the algae.</p> |
