<p>An apparatus and a method for determining circumstances of a vehicle are disclosed. The disclosed apparatus for determining circumstances of the vehicle includes: a camera unit including a first camera obtaining a first image of the upper body portion of a vehicle driver, a second camera obtaining a second image of the lower body portion of the vehicle driver, and a third camera obtaining a third image of the outside of a vehicle; and a determination unit determining the movement of the vehicle driver using the first image and the second image, determining external circumstances of the vehicle using the third image, and determining driving circumstances of the vehicle driver using the movement of the vehicle driver and the external circumstances of the vehicle.</p> |
