The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a vinyl chloride-based polymer, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a vinyl chloride-based polymer, wherein, in the emulsified polymerization of a vinyl chloride-based monomer occurred in a polymerization reactor having a reflex condenser, the vinyl chloride-based monomer used in the polymerization is additionally supplied to the top of the reflux condenser to clean the inside of the reflux condenser using the vinyl chloride-based monomer, and the height of foam in the polymerization reactor is lowered to improve a heat removal performance through the reflux condenser, thereby improving the productivity of the vinyl chloride-based polymer. |
