PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt adjustment device that enables an accurate adjustment of a tilting angle of an optical surface when tilting the optical surface of an optical component in two axial directions.SOLUTION: A tilt adjustment device 10 comprises: an optical component 11 that has an optical surface 11a; an optical component-mounting member 14 that mounts the optical component; a hinge member 16 that has first hinge parts 16c and 16d turnably supporting the optical component-mounting member centering around a first rotary shaft 17; a base 21 that has second hinge parts 21c and 21d turnably supporting a hinge member centering around a second rotary shaft 22 of which an angle is set at an angle different from that of the first rotary shaft, and is fixedly provided; first urging means 27 for urging the optical component-mounting member; second urging means 28 for urging the hinge member; a first tilting adjustment member 29 that advances toward the optical component mounting member from a base side and retreats reversely, and abuts against the optical component-mounting member by the first urging means; and a second tilting adjustment member 30 that advances toward the hinge member from the base side and retreats reversely, and abuts against the hinge member by the second urging means. |
