<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder Sumi having characteristics of solid Sumi.SOLUTION: A first powder material 1FA is formed by crushing solid Sumi 1S comprising glue including e.g. fish bones as an ingredient, soot and a perfume. A first particle material 1A is formed by mixing particles of the glue with particles of soot kneaded with the perfume in a completely integrated form. A second particle material 1B consists of the particles of soot. A third particle material 1C is formed by mixing particles of the glue larger in particle size than the particles of the glue in the first particle material 1A with the particles of soot in a completely integrated form. The size of a first mesh NAS is set so as not to pass the third particle material 1C. A first powder material 1FA is filtrated through a first net NA. the size of a second mesh NBS is narrower than the first mesh NAS. The second powder material 1FB after the filtration is filtrated again through a second net NB. A part of the residual powder material on the second net NB after the re-filtration is mixed with a third powder material 1FC to form powder Sumi 1.</p> |
