<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the bending vibration of a counter shaft 5, and to reduce levels of the vibration and noise of a transmission 1, in a constantly-engaged type transmission 1.SOLUTION: A transmission 1 includes: a counter shaft 5 to which rotation of an input shaft 3 is transmitted via one of a plurality of gear change gear pairs (11A to 16A, 11B to 16B); an output shaft 4 to which rotation of the counter shaft 5 is transmitted via reduction gear pairs 17A, 17B; and a rolling bearing 25 which supports an input shaft side end part and an output shaft side end part of the counter shaft 5 to a transmission case 2. The rolling bearing 25 on the output shaft 4 side is a cylindrical roller bearing. A center axial line 200 of a circular columnar rolling face 31a of an outer ring 31 of the rolling bearing 25 composed of the cylindrical roller bearing is inclined relative to a center axial line 100 of the outer ring 31.</p> |
