PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber composite sheet excellent in abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a fiber composite sheet containing nonwoven fabric which is an entangled body of fiber bundle of long fiber of ultra fine fiber having size of 0.5 dtex or less with bulk density of 0.5 g/cmor more and of which at least one surface side has a surface having V/V≤0.86, where Vis a void ratio of surface layer part which is a thickness area of 50μm from a double side and Vis the void ratio of a middle layer part which is an area of whole thickness connected to the surface layer part (thickness are excluding thickness of 50μm from the double side), and an arithmetic mean surface roughness (Ra) of 15μm or less and JIS C hardness of 75 to 90, and a polymer elastic body which is added to an inner cavity of the nonwoven fabric.
