PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electric power supply device capable of securing higher safety.SOLUTION: A portable electric power supply device 10 includes: a power input part to which one end of a power cable 11 whose the other one end is connectable to a charge connector 53 of an electric automobile 50, can be connected; a DC/AC inverter 14 for DC/AC converting power transmitted from the electric automobile through the power input part, and for stepping down; a power output part for outputting the DC/AC converted and stepped down power to the outside; and an interface 19 for controlling the operation of the DC/AC inverter 14. The electric automobile includes an electric automobile control device 56 for determining whether or not the electric automobile is in a stop state. The interface is configured to permit outputting power to the outside by the control of the DC/AC inverter when the electric automobile is in the stop state.
