<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for cutting a woven fabric that allow a stable cutting work to be performed easily in a production process of a woven fabric.SOLUTION: The cutting device 1 of a woven fabric includes: a rod-like member 4 for being mounted and fixed to a loom 100; a hot-air heater 2; a holder 3 for attaching the hot-air heater 2 to the rod-like member 4 in a positionally adjustable manner; a controller 9 for controlling either or both of a heater temperature and an air pressure, and has a configuration which cuts a woven fabric 200 by blowing hot air a1 in a temperature higher than the melting point of a heat-fusible yarn constituting the woven fabric 200 by the hot-air heaters 2 arranged at predetermined intervals, with the hot-air heater 2 and the woven fabric 200 being not contact with each other.</p> |
