PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device of a fuel tank, which easily achieves a configuration for regulating fuel supply work with an incorrect fuel supply nozzle.SOLUTION: An opening/closing device of a fuel tank comprises: a tank opening-forming member; a turning member 51; a nozzle detection member 81 detecting a fuel supply nozzle; and a lock member 91 having a regulation part 91b which is arranged on the free end side that is the another end side with respect to the turning member 51, and on the rear face side of the turning member 51. The turning member 51 is configured to change an opening angle around a shaft support part 52 in order to regulate a position to which the fuel supply nozzle can be inserted in a fuel passage 11P when the fuel supply nozzle abuts against the turning member 51. The regulation part 91b is configured to change the opening angle of the turning member 51 by changing a position of the rear face side of the turning member 51 according to a displacement amount of the nozzle detection member 81 when being pressed by a tip of the fuel supply nozzle.
