<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OLED display panel in which the terminal electrode is exposed not performing the step processing but performing only the etching under certain etching conditions, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: On a substrate 1, a terminal area 6 consisting of a plurality of metal electrodes 2 conducting with the organic light-emitting element in a display part is formed. Subsequently, on the surface of the display part and terminal area 6, a laminated sealing film consisting of a first Si-containing inorganic layer, an organic resin layer and a second Si-containing inorganic layer is formed. Thereafter, the display part is masked, etching is performed under etching conditions suitable for the first and second Si-containing inorganic layers, and the first and second Si-containing inorganic layers on the metal electrodes 2 are removed thus exposing the surface of the metal electrodes 2.</p> |
